Hello. A role is a label you put on each contact so Nibero knows who that person is in your shop. Owner, colleague, family, or regular customer are all roles. Without a role you cannot say who may enter the panel and who is only a buyer.

00:00:20.964 --> 00:00:39.540
A role does two important jobs. First, access: you choose which panel sections each user can see or edit. Second, price: the same item can be cheaper for a colleague than for a regular customer, because the price template is tied to the role.

00:00:41.740 --> 00:01:03.004
Each card is one role. Super admin is protected and cannot be deleted or turned off. Shop staff get message and like notifications. Colleague, family, parts manager, and regular customer are common examples. Active means this role can be used now.

00:01:05.204 --> 00:01:24.044
Tap Add role for a new one. The modal opens. Title is required: at least two and at most seventy characters. Leave Role active on so you can assign it to contacts. If it is off, that role is not used in daily work.

00:01:26.244 --> 00:01:50.052
If these people work in the shop, turn on Shop staff so they get message and like notifications. Below that, turn view, add, edit, or delete on separately for each panel section. Empty means they do not see that section at all. A regular customer usually has no panel access; the role is only for price.

00:01:52.252 --> 00:02:09.292
Close the add modal. At the bottom of the Colleague card, tap Manage contacts; it is the person-with-plus icon. Hover and you see the same Manage contacts label. That button opens the contacts list for this role.

00:02:11.492 --> 00:02:28.124
The modal title is Manage role contacts. At the top you can search by name or phone. There are three filters: All, Has role, and No role. Tap No role so only people who are not Colleague remain.

00:02:30.324 --> 00:02:47.916
Next to Negin Rezaei tap the green Grant role button. Colleague is attached to this contact. The row turns green and the button becomes Remove role, meaning she has this role now. If you change your mind, tap that same Remove role.

00:02:50.116 --> 00:03:09.820
The second way is the Contacts page. On Ali Mohammadi’s card you see the Regular customer badge. Edit roles opens the shop’s role list. Tap Colleague so the same person gets the same role. Roles belong to contacts, not only staff.

00:03:12.020 --> 00:03:31.028
Now see how a role changes price. In the mobile-parts price template, the default formula is one thing. Colleague has a lower factor, family a middle one, regular customer a higher one. So a role means the same item, different prices.

00:03:33.228 --> 00:03:48.684
Open Edit template. Role-specific formulas is where you attach Colleague, family, and regular customer to separate formulas. If a role is missing here, that contact sees the default formula.

00:03:50.884 --> 00:04:08.476
So a role is who the contact is. You build access in Add role. You grant it with Manage contacts on the role card, or Edit roles on the contact card. And in the price template, that same role changes the purchase price.
