Welcome to Financial Reports in the Nibero panel. In this tutorial you'll see every tab and button: trends, debtors, creditors, balance sheet, trial balance, profit and loss, AI analysis, and balance recalculation.

00:00:19.428 --> 00:00:42.300
At the top is the Financial Reports title. Next to it is the AI Analysis button, which uses artificial intelligence to analyze the active tab's report — for example, summarizing high-risk debtors or balance sheet status. The Recalculate Balances button rebuilds account balances from actual ledger entries.

00:00:44.500 --> 00:01:05.524
The first tab is Trends. Here you see income and expense over a date range. Change the start and end dates or use shortcuts for seven, thirty, or ninety days. This trend comes from ledger activity in the period — different from profit and loss based on current account balances.

00:01:07.724 --> 00:01:24.836
The Debtors tab lists people who owe your shop money. Important: only Individual or Legal Entity accounts appear here — cash or expense accounts are not listed. For example, a customer who bought on credit and hasn't settled yet.

00:01:27.036 --> 00:01:42.828
In Debtors you can search, sort by amount or name, and see summary stats. Each row has a call button, an email button, and a mobile button to send a debt reminder SMS so the customer sees the amount and a settlement request.

00:01:45.028 --> 00:02:02.884
Clicking the SMS button opens a modal. The default text includes the debt amount and shop name, and you can edit it before sending. SMS is sent from the shop's own SMS panel, so you must configure the SMS panel in the menu first.

00:02:05.084 --> 00:02:20.948
The Creditors tab also shows only individual and legal entity accounts — people you owe, like a mobile parts supplier. You have call and email buttons to coordinate payment; debt reminder SMS is only on the Debtors tab.

00:02:23.148 --> 00:02:38.364
The balance sheet shows your shop's snapshot financial position: assets in one column, liabilities and equity in the other. Click each group to expand sub-accounts — like cash, bank, and receivables.

00:02:40.564 --> 00:02:53.260
The trial balance shows total debit and credit turnover and each account's balance in one table. If turnover is balanced but balances aren't, click Recalculate Balances.

00:02:55.460 --> 00:03:08.156
In Profit and Loss you see the current balance of revenue and expense accounts — not just a date range. Groups like shipping costs expand to show sub-accounts like courier and Snapp.

00:03:10.356 --> 00:03:26.820
The AI Analysis button on each tab sends that section's data to an AI model and returns a Persian summary — for example, suggesting debtor follow-ups or imbalance warnings. In production you must be logged in with data loaded.

00:03:29.020 --> 00:03:41.812
If account balances don't match documents, click Recalculate Balances from Ledger. This requires edit permission on financial documents and refreshes all tabs afterward.

00:03:44.012 --> 00:04:03.236
Summary: Financial Reports gives the full financial picture of your Signal Mobile shop — period trends, person debtors and creditors, balance sheet, trial balance, and profit and loss. Use AI analysis and debt reminder SMS for faster decisions.
