00:00:00.500 --> 00:00:09.692
Welcome to Account Management in the Nibero panel. Here you see six main groups that form the backbone of your shop's accounting.

00:00:11.292 --> 00:00:26.916
These six groups are: Assets, Liabilities, Capital, Revenue, Expenses, and Off-Balance accounts. Every account you create in your shop must be placed inside one of these groups — not outside them.

00:00:29.116 --> 00:00:48.364
First group: Assets. Let's enter this group. The main cash register, Bank Mellat, and Receivables are all inside Assets. An asset is anything your shop owns — cash in the register, money in the bank, or what customers owe you.

00:00:50.564 --> 00:01:10.052
Second group: Liabilities. Entering this group. Here we see Payables and the Parts Supplier. A liability is what you owe. For example, if you bought parts on credit from a mobile supplier, that debt is recorded inside this group.

00:01:12.252 --> 00:01:29.508
Third group: Capital. Here the owner's capital is recorded. Capital is the money the shop owner invested to start. If you started with fifty million tomans, that amount is recorded in Owner's Capital inside this group.

00:01:31.708 --> 00:01:48.148
Fourth group: Revenue. Entering this group. Sales and Repair Service Revenue are here. Every sale your shop makes — whether selling glass or repairing phones — must be recorded inside the Revenue group.

00:01:50.348 --> 00:02:08.108
Fifth group: Expenses. Entering this group. Shop rent, staff salaries, and delivery costs are here. Every amount you spend to run the shop must be inside the Expenses group — not at the root or in other groups.

00:02:10.308 --> 00:02:26.460
Now back to the main view. Important: to create a new account, first enter the right group. For a new cash register, go into Assets first. For a new rent expense, enter Expenses first.

00:02:28.660 --> 00:02:39.316
Let's show this in practice. We enter the Expenses group. The Add button appeared. Let's click it to open the modal.

00:02:41.516 --> 00:02:59.828
In the Add modal, choose the account type. Nibero has seven types: General for expenses, Group for categories, Cash Register for cash, Bank Account for banking, Individual and Legal Entity for customers and suppliers, and Off-Balance.

00:03:02.028 --> 00:03:20.724
For example, we select General Account type. We write Electricity Expense as the title. Status active. Because we are inside the Expenses group, this account is placed exactly where it belongs. We click Save.

00:03:22.924 --> 00:03:35.980
Accounts labeled System were pre-built by Nibero. They have no checkbox and cannot be moved. Non-system accounts like Bank Mellat have a checkbox and can be transferred.

00:03:38.180 --> 00:03:50.156
The Statement button on each card shows the full transaction history of that account. Clicking it opens the detailed ledger where you can see every amount that came in or went out.

00:03:52.356 --> 00:04:07.596
To move accounts, tick a non-system account. The selection bar appears. Copy creates a new duplicate; Cut moves the account. Then go to the target group and tap Copy to or Move to.

00:04:09.796 --> 00:04:26.620
Summary: cash and bank inside Assets, rent and delivery inside Expenses, sales and repair inside Revenue, supplier debt inside Liabilities. This correct structure makes your shop's profit and loss report accurate.
